Production Line Design

Based on production processes, factory space, and output requirements, we design the production line layout, manufacturing paths, logistics, and distribution. Modeling and simulation are used to determine the optimal solution through algorithmic analysis.

Smart Material Warehouse

Using self-developed WMS and WCS for control, it provides automated material management and delivery for the cutting process. Options include multi-layer material warehouses and line-side flat warehouses.

Smart Logistics

The smart overhead crane adopts a double-beam gantry design with servo drive, offering precise positioning, stable operation, and fast, flexible transport. It is capable of handling oversized and heavy plates. Auxiliary functions include a plate separation device with air blowing and double-sheet detection. Even in the event of unexpected power or air supply failure, no material will fall, ensuring operational safety.

Smart Sorting

Equipped with advanced 3D industrial cameras and deep learning-based 3D point cloud matching, the system accurately detects 3D poses under various abnormal conditions (e.g., stacking, edge warping) with a recognition accuracy of over 99%. By receiving upstream production task data and control signals, and following logical rules based on production processes and scheduling, gantry robots, KBK systems, or articulated arm robots work collaboratively to complete the orderly sorting, stacking, and boxing of large, medium, and small parts.

Central Control System

The HG-CCS central control system monitors the real-time status of production, logistics, and warehouse equipment, enabling efficient scheduling of production resources to ensure smooth and unmanned line operations. It automatically collects and analyzes workshop data for quantitative management and provides data support for the upper-level MES system.
