Production Line Design

The production line is designed based on the manufacturing process, plant layout, and output requirements. It involves simulation modeling of line layout, manufacturing paths, logistics, and distribution. Optimization algorithms are applied to derive the most efficient solution.

Intelligent Overhead Crane

The intelligent overhead crane features a double-girder gantry structure with servo drive, enabling precise positioning, stable operation, and fast, flexible movement. It is capable of transporting ultra-large and heavy plates. Auxiliary functions such as a plate separation device with air blowing and double-sheet detection ensure that no material drops even in cases of power or air failure, enhancing operational safety.

Intelligent Logistics

Utilizing intelligent equipment such as overhead cranes, transfer robots, smart forklifts, and automatic/semi-automatic conveyors, and controlled by self-developed WMS and WCS systems, the solution provides automated logistics and material handling throughout the entire production process.

Intelligent Sorting

Utilizing advanced 3D industrial cameras and deep learning-based 3D point cloud matching, the system enables high-precision 3D posture detection under complex conditions such as stacking or edge warping, with a recognition accuracy exceeding 99%. By receiving upstream production task data and control signals, gantry robots, KBK systems, and articulated robotic arms collaborate to intelligently sort, stack, and load small, medium, and large components according to the production workflow and scheduling.

Central Control System

The HG-CCS central control system monitors the real-time operation of production, logistics, and warehousing equipment, enabling efficient allocation of production resources and ensuring smooth, unmanned production line operation. It automatically collects and analyzes workshop data to support quantitative management and provides reliable data for the upper-level MES system.
