On March 1st, Liu Bo, Deputy General Manager of Hubei Huaqiang Technology Co., Ltd., visited HGTECH for an exchange and tour. Yang Xiao, Chairman of HG Cyber (the intelligent manufacturing division of HGTECH), along with Deputy General Manager Zhu Kehui and Assistant General Manager Xie Yuan, attended the reception.

During the meeting, Chairman Yang Xiao extended a warm welcome to the Hubei Huaqiang delegation. He stated that HGTECH actively aligns with national development strategies, focusing on application-driven innovation, and has taken the lead in overcoming a number of key core technologies in China. The company continues to deepen and expand the application of advanced laser manufacturing technologies. In recent years, as a core subsidiary of HGTECH, HG Cyber has ventured into intelligent manufacturing, helping key national economic sectors—such as construction machinery, bridge manufacturing, new energy, and new materials—embark on transformative development paths.
Currently, HG Cyber has been selected for five consecutive years as part of Wuhan’s intelligent transformation diagnostic platform for above-scale industrial enterprises. Over the past five years, it has provided intelligent consulting, diagnostics, and transformation services to thousands of companies across Hubei Province. In 2022, Hubei Huaqiang Technology signed a smart planning consulting agreement with HG Cyber, which achieved notable results. With a solid foundation and broad space for cooperation, both parties can enhance collaboration in multiple areas to further boost Huaqiang's intelligent manufacturing capabilities.

Liu Bo, Deputy General Manager of Hubei Huaqiang Technology, introduced the company’s overall business development. He stated that Huaqiang actively responds to the national call for digital transformation and plans to further enhance its automation and informatization levels over the next three years to achieve higher quality and efficiency. This visit has given the company deeper insight into HGTECH’s overall strength and its capabilities in intelligent transformation. After the visit, a dedicated task force will be established to strengthen collaboration on automated production line upgrades, factory information management, and IoT technologies. Based on the existing consulting partnership, the two sides aim to expand the scope of cooperation and jointly promote intelligent transformation and upgrading in the protective equipment industry.
