After a two-year hiatus, the Wuhan Optoelectronic Expo is back—long-awaited!
From May 16 to 18, HGTECH appeared at the 19th "Optics Valley of China" International Optoelectronic Expo under the theme "Where Light Leads, Intelligence Excels", showcasing optical communication, laser intelligent equipment, and integrated intelligent manufacturing solutions.

The world is rapidly evolving, and information technology is surging forward. At this expo, HGTECH’s optical communication business focused on presenting a new highly interconnected data center optical module solution, including the recently globally launched coherent 400G optical module applicable to ChatGPT, online cloud office, autonomous driving, telemedicine, artificial intelligence, and other fields. This product made its domestic debut following its global launch at the 2023 OFC (Optical Fiber Communication Conference & Exhibition) in the United States.

“If coherent optical modules are compared to the Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed rail, then traditional optical modules are like urban rail or conventional trains,” said the head of HGTECH’s wireless connection product line. Compared to traditional data communication optical modules, coherent optical modules feature integration, compact packaging, low power consumption, ultra-high speed, and ultra-long distance transmission capabilities.
With the data explosion driving upgrades in transmission networks and the accelerated development of hyperscale and distributed data centers, the application scope of coherent optical modules is rapidly expanding and deepening.

The expo also showcased high-speed pluggable 800G OSFP SR8 optical modules for hyperscale cloud data centers, aiming to meet the market’s ever-increasing demands for network bandwidth and reliability, and providing diverse integrated solutions for various application scenarios.

* Low-Carbon Automation: High-End Laser Equipment Empowers Tire Industry Transformation
Rubber pneumatic tires are the "feet" of automobiles and an indispensable part of vehicle manufacturing. Ensuring safety, drainage, grip, and driving comfort depends on the regular cleaning of tire molds.

Compared with traditional tire mold cleaning methods, which have low efficiency, high energy consumption, and cause pollution, laser cleaning technology—non-contact, non-abrasive, silent, and environmentally friendly—is becoming the mainstream replacement. HGTECH’s independently developed “Tire Mold Laser Cleaning Intelligent Equipment” has overcome multiple core components and technologies such as lasers, cleaning heads, and vision guidance, effectively solving pain points and challenges in traditional cleaning, such as long standby times, repeated disassembly, mold wear, incomplete cleaning, environmental pollution, and high energy consumption. It can clean a set of tire molds online in as fast as 45 minutes.
* Focus on New Energy: Precision Laser Processing Drives Hydrogen Energy Industry Development
Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are one of the main technology paths for new energy vehicles in China. With advantages such as long driving range, low noise, zero emissions, and low-temperature resistance, they are considered the "ultimate goal" of new energy vehicle development.

HGTECH’s independently developed automated production line for hydrogen fuel cell metal bipolar plates uses an MES system integrated with loading/unloading warehouses, robots, welding, airtightness testing, coding, sorting systems, and other workstations. It achieves automated production and product traceability, providing a full-process solution for the hydrogen fuel cell processing industry.

It includes edge-side data acquisition and storage, data analysis and application, and visualization, realizing unified intelligent access, management, parsing, data management, analysis, and application empowerment of factory assets.

Steel Structure Digital Management Platform is based on the characteristics of steel structure manufacturing, focusing on project management, design management, and production manufacturing. It achieves full-process control of project progress, design data, raw material procurement, inventory, parts nesting, cutting and preparation, completeness analysis, production process, packaging and shipping, and on-site installation.
