On August 20, Jining Energy Group and Huagong Tech signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Ma Xinqiang, Party Secretary, Chairman, and President of Huagong Tech, and Zhang Guangyu, Party Secretary and Chairman of Jining Energy Group, attended the signing ceremony.

Zhang Guangyu welcomed Ma Xinqiang and his delegation, and gave a detailed introduction to the industrial layout and the high-quality development of six 10-billion-level industrial parks of Jining Energy Group. He said that the development concepts of Jining Energy and Huagong Tech are highly aligned, with a strong emphasis on promoting new processes, equipment, and technologies, placing technological innovation at the core of high-quality development. With a solid foundation and broad prospects for cooperation, he hoped that the signing of this strategic agreement would further expand collaboration areas, using the Nengxin Shipbuilding joint workshop as a model to accelerate the upgrade of green and intelligent technologies in high-end shipbuilding and jointly build a new development pattern through comprehensive and high-quality cooperation.

Ma Xinqiang briefly introduced the core business and strategic direction of Huagong Tech. He stated that with in-depth research and project implementation in intelligent shipbuilding, the company has developed an integrated intelligent manufacturing solution encompassing intelligent equipment, smart production lines, and software systems. Through this strategic partnership, both parties can strengthen cooperation and accelerate innovation in smart shipyards and smart energy. The Nengxin Shipbuilding joint workshop intelligent upgrade project is a highlight of their collaboration. Huagong Tech will pool high-quality resources to ensure excellence in the project, enabling full-process intelligent manufacturing from raw materials to hull assembly, injecting digital intelligence into Nengxin’s high-quality development. He expressed hopes for both sides to promote industrial chain innovation and explore new paths for digital transformation and intelligent upgrading, contributing new momentum to the industry’s sustainable development.

This strategic cooperation marks a new stage in the partnership between Huagong Tech and Jining Energy Group. According to the agreement, the two sides will leverage their respective strengths in market presence and technological capability to deepen cooperation in mining equipment, shipbuilding, and high-end manufacturing, aiming for maximum synergy throughout the strategic period.
