Guided by the National Data Administration and the Hubei Provincial Government, the final results of the 2024 "Data Element ×" Competition Hubei Regional Finals have been announced. The project "Data-Driven Digital Twin Simulation and Optimization System for Factories" by Wuhan HG Cyber Data System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "HG Cyber") stood out from nearly a thousand entries and won the First Prize in the Industrial Manufacturing Track of the Hubei Regional Finals.

On September 26, the first Hubei Province Data Element Innovation Conference and the 2024 "Data Element ×" Competition Awards Ceremony were held at the Yangtze Hall of the Wuhan East Lake International Conference Center. The Hubei competition, themed "Empowered by Data, Accelerating Growth," featured eight tracks: industrial manufacturing, commerce and circulation, transportation, financial services, cultural tourism, healthcare, urban governance, and rural revitalization. Since its launch, the competition has attracted nearly 1,000 projects from renowned universities, research institutions, and leading enterprises. According to the competition organization, 57 outstanding application projects were shortlisted after preliminary expert reviews, technical verification, and final presentations. Sixteen top teams will represent Hubei in the national finals of the 2024 "Data Element ×" Competition. HG Cyber’s independently developed "Data-Driven Digital Twin Simulation and Optimization System for Factories" won First Prize in the Hubei Regional Finals.

HG Cyber's self-developed data-driven digital twin simulation and optimization system for factories utilizes technologies such as modeling simulation, time-frequency analysis, and multi-objective optimization to deliver core capabilities including factory layout planning, virtual-real synchronization, production process simulation, bottleneck analysis in production lines, equipment operation optimization, and process quality optimization. The system achieves virtual simulation of real processes, virtual representation of reality, and virtual control of reality, and is gradually evolving toward predictive and optimized virtual applications. It provides intelligent and refined decision-making support for factory production, significantly enhancing production efficiency and resource utilization.
