On February 27, Shen Zhulin, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the National Data Administration, visited HGTECH Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "HGTECH") to conduct research on data element-related work. Zhou Senfeng, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Hubei Provincial Data Administration, Xiong Wen, Vice President of HGTECH, and Yang Xiao, Chairman of HG Cyber, accompanied the visit.

In the corporate exhibition hall, Vice President Xiong Wen briefed Shen Zhulin and his team on HGTECH’s recent innovations in industrial digitalization, intelligent manufacturing, and big data applications. He noted that the company’s subsidiary HG Cyber has focused on industrial transformation and upgrading, strengthening its integrated hardware and software competitiveness. The company has independently developed industrial software such as industrial internet platforms, digital twin systems, central control scheduling systems, and visual sorting systems. These have been successfully applied in benchmark smart manufacturing cases across shipbuilding, energy equipment, construction machinery, heavy industry, and steel structures.

Later, Deputy Director Shen Zhulin and his team visited the company’s pilot production base to observe the real-world applications of HG Cyber’s three core industrial software systems. Through live demonstrations, the delegation gained a detailed understanding of cutting-edge technologies including the data-driven factory digital twin system, the intelligent material preparation workshop's central control dispatching system, and an intelligent sorting system integrating multi-modal perception and human-machine collaboration.

Shen Zhulin emphasized that as a leading enterprise in the field of intelligent manufacturing, HGTECH should further strengthen the development and utilization of enterprise data, enrich application scenarios, and amplify the multiplier effect of data elements to foster a thriving digital industry ecosystem. He also encouraged the company to continue increasing investment in technological innovation and to explore new models and pathways for integrating intelligent manufacturing with industrial data applications, thereby contributing to the high-quality development of China’s manufacturing sector.


Officials from the National Data Administration and the Hubei Provincial Data Administration accompanied the visit.
