These industries often involve complex processes and a wide variety of products. Equipment, sub-units, and components across production lines are typically provided by different vendors, making the integration of unit equipment and lines—and achieving fully unmanned, intelligent operations in strict accordance with process routes—a primary demand.
HG Cyber has proactively laid out its industrial control software business targeting the engineering machinery and steel structure industries. Based on equipment control and logistics algorithm rule configuration, it successfully developed the HGCYBER Intelligent Material Preparation Workshop Central Control Platform. This platform enables the scheduling and control of production and transportation equipment and automates the entire workflow of production execution and material transfer. It has been successfully implemented in enterprises such as Zoomlion, Taiyuan Heavy Industry, and Wuchuan Heavy Industry. These applications have earned multiple national honors, including the 2022 Top Ten Technological Advances in Intelligent Manufacturing in China, National Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Factory, and 2022 Industrial Internet Platform Innovation and Leading Application Case.
