On October 16, HGTECH signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd. The two leading enterprises will engage in deep cooperation across multiple fields to promote business development and innovation. Through business integration, technological innovation, and industrial chain complementarity, both parties aim to jointly enhance the application of "Laser + Intelligent Manufacturing" and accelerate digital transformation and upgrading. Chairman Ma Xinqiang and Mr. Jiang Xipei, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Far East Holding Group, signed the agreement on behalf of the two companies.
Founded 38 years ago, Far East Holding Group has an annual revenue of over RMB 50 billion, a brand value of RMB 101.866 billion, and nearly 10,000 employees. It has been listed among the “Top 500 Chinese Enterprises,” “Top 500 Chinese Private Enterprises,” and “Top 500 Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises” for many consecutive years. Its listed subsidiary, Far East Cable Co., Ltd., focuses on three main business segments: intelligent cables, smart batteries, and smart airports.
Chairman Ma Xinqiang sincerely thanked Far East Holding Group for its warm reception. He remarked that over the past 38 years, Far East has undergone five rounds of restructuring and six significant leaps in development — a remarkable entrepreneurial and growth journey. He praised Mr. Jiang Xipei for his determination and perseverance as an outstanding entrepreneur. Ma noted the shared values and management philosophies between the two companies, the high degree of industrial synergy, and strong cooperation potential.
