On October 18, Huagong Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “HGTECH”) and Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “ZPMC”) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement. The signing ceremony was attended by You Ruikai, Party Secretary of ZPMC; Ma Xinqiang, Party Secretary and Chairman of HGTECH; Lu Hanzhong, Vice President of ZPMC; and Xiong Wen, Party Committee Member and Vice President of HGTECH.
ZPMC is a well-known enterprise in the heavy equipment manufacturing industry and one of the world’s largest manufacturers of heavy-duty equipment. The company owns 26 transportation vessels ranging from 6,000 to 10,000 tons, capable of delivering large-scale equipment across oceans to destinations worldwide. Its core businesses span port machinery, marine engineering, offshore wind power, and intelligent solutions for public infrastructure.
You Ruikai, Party Secretary of ZPMC, welcomed Chairman Ma Xinqiang and his delegation, and introduced the development and resource advantages of ZPMC. He stated that ZPMC is committed to advancing high-end, intelligent, and green manufacturing strategies. By leveraging digital transformation and smart manufacturing, the company aims to drive changes in management, quality, and efficiency, continuously enhancing its value creation capabilities.
